aft 12 days n 83 hrs, 1 more day wil b my off day le, fridae, 24 11 06:) haha finally.
today lau da came dwn to do the timecard for kitchen side. svc side ayu hv key in in the evening le. although i not a trainee manager anymore but i stil learning bit by bit. ayu wil b the 1 to coach me but not i 1 to say sumthing bad abt her but s jus tt teachin ppl oso muz c mood de. tired n not enough rest den cannot teach ppl properly n muz wait until she hv a good rest n not tired den can teach mi properly hai... how lei? sumtime wan to ask her things, she ly wan or dun wan ly tt make mi oso dunno wan to ask her anot. nw i wil b wrkin w/ her almost all the time as alif wil b at cpf n jefri on leave. hai y ly tt lei
hai sat lau da go catering wil not b cuming dwn to funan to wrk. but i wil b meetin him for lunch n help him up w/ sum of the catering thingy b4 i report to wrk at 6pm. haha but too bad my "shi fu"(ah wong) wil not b cumin he busy.
hai gt alot of things to be done. muz upsell combo n 22oz drink, TA muz b 14.00 n above (forget the actual fig le), nxt mth sales muz hit $11k, i 4gt s 11k or 110k liao le. alot of fig to rmbr, jefri set alot of target. dis wk 22oz drink ala carte muz sell 50 everyday. nxt wk ya his target s to sell 100 cups of 22oz drink wor. so nw everyday muz remind my staff to UPSELL UPSELL hai. today my combo set gt 101 set wahaha. muz keep it up. summore the S.P.A thingy oso muz practice. esp nxt mth aft me, ayu n alif when for the S.P.A training at HQ, by then all the staff muz noe wat s S.P.A n do it. n muz heard dem bid farewell n greet customer loud n clear. hai...
den ydae i gt msg lau da ma, den he noe tt i having headach den dis aftnoon he reply n the way he reply v fierce say wat make mi headach n wat bother mi so much tt i hv a heachach. den my reply to him s tt y u so fierce den i told him the reasons. den his evenin he called n tok to mi la den aft he finish his wrk at cpf he came dwn to funan to do the timecard n chat w/ mi lor. haha
